Mobile Wallet

The debit or credit card associated with your iTunes® account or the first card you added to Wallet® is your default Apple Pay card. To change your default card to your HVCU card, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay.

2. Tap Default Card.

3. Choose your HVCU card.

Tip: If you receive a message that your card is invalid, choose the try again option and enter your card details manually.

If your mobile device is lost or stolen, you can suspend Apple Pay by either means below:

1. Use the “Find My iPhone” app to put a device in “Lost Mode”

2. Log in to iCloud.com and click on “Settings” to stop the ability to make payments from credit and debit cards

To make your HVCU card your default card, follow these steps:

1. Open the Android Pay app

2. Select “Add Card”

3. If you have added the card to your Google account it will be listed, if not go to step 4

• Select the card
• Confirm the details
• Select “Continue”

4. Align your card with the frame on your screen

• Confirm the details
• Select “Save”

5. The app will indicate verification is required and direct you to contact us

6. The app will require that NFC is turned on within the options on the phone and direct you to the “Settings” menu

If your mobile device is lost or stolen, you can use Android Device Manager to instantly lock your device from anywhere, secure it with a new password, and even wipe it clean of your personal information.

To make your HVCU card your default card, follow these steps:

1. Open the Samsung Pay app

3. Select “Add credit or debit card”

4. Align your card with the frame on your screen

1. Confirm the details
2. Select “Next”

5. The app will indicate verification is required and direct you to contact us

If your mobile device is lost or stolen, you can use the Samsung Find My Mobile service to remotely lock or erase payment cards in Samsung Pay. When you lock Samsung Pay using “Find My Mobile”, all payments are disabled on your device. For additional security, Samsung Pay will request the card issuer to suspend any transactions made from your device.
